Program Head, Business Leadership
Kevin Illidge grew up in CuraƧao, a Dutch Caribbean island off the coast of Venezuela, where his early experiences in ministry and community engagement shaped his lifelong commitment to faith-based leadership. Before moving to Spokane in 2011, he served as a youth pastor at his home church and as a spokesperson for a local nonprofit focused on sexual health education, including abstinence.
Kevin holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies with a concentration in Ancient Christian Studies from Moody Bible Institute and an MBA from Whitworth University, where he was part of the inaugural Whitworth Institute of Leadership cohort. His work and teaching sit at the intersection of business, Christian ethics, leadership, and community development, with a particular focus on how organizations can pursue human flourishing while remaining mission-driven and financially sustainable.
He currently serves as Executive Director of Spokane Youth for Christ, where he works alongside community partners to support and mentor marginalized youth. Kevin lives in Spokane with his wife, Brittany, and their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, listening to jazz on vinyl, and cheering on the New York Yankees.
